Third Place with the Virginia Poetry Society for "The New Book"
Glad the Virginia Poetry Society awarded me third place in the Laura Day Boggs Bolling Contest for middle-grade readers for my poem, "The New Book." Also looking forward to seeing it published in the annual anthology.
